How long does it take for orders to be shipped?

• The turnaround time for orders is normally 5-7 business days but orders are normally shipped earlier.  During the holiday season, our TAT is 6-9 business days.

What is your return policy?

• Unless your order is incorrect or there is something wrong with the product, we do not offer refunds.  Most of our products are made to order and not liking the chosen fragrance is not grounds for a refund.  If you have any problems with your order, we encourage you to reach out to us at orders@spatreasuresonline.com so that we can help find a solution.

Do you make custom orders?

• Yes, we take custom orders.  There is a collection on our website specifically for custom soap loaves.  We offer small, medium, and large loaves with over 250 fragrances to choose from.
• If you would like wedding favors, Christmas gifts or other custom orders that aren't considered wholesale, feel free to reach out to me directly and we can discuss a price and turnaround time.
• All custom orders require full payment upfront.  No exceptions to this rule.  

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately, we do not have a facility that allows people to come and pick up orders.  All orders are shipped within 5-7 days of receipt.
